General Reminders

How to add a general reminder

  1. Click the Add Reminder button located on the Main Menu on the top right side of the Reminders List.
    The General Reminders popup screen will appear.
  2. Click the dropdown button next to the Reminder Date box to select a date/time that the reminder is due by.
    When the current date/time is eventually later than the reminder date then the reminder is shown with a yellow alert symbol on the Reminders List.
  3. Enter the Reminder Note.
  4. Click Save & Close.

How to edit or dismiss a general reminder

  1. Double-click the general reminder on the Reminders List to edit.
  2. Check the Done box.
  3. Click Save & Close.

How to edit a dismissed general reminder

  1. From the Main Menu, go to Setup > Preferences.
  2. Click the Reminders tab.
  3. Click the Edit General Reminders button.
